"Dan Scot has always had a love and passion for the electronic dance scene from a very young age being it House, Minimal, Tech House or Techno he loved it all. He started his reign of Techno 7 years ago and over time and countless hours of sets under his belt he has have evolved, being influenced hugely by not just the sound he grew up with but the huge invasion of the european UNDERGROUND SOUND!!
This has catapulted his sound into a much more rolling punch ranging from club house through to Mind Boggling Psy - Tech, which has led to international recognition. He in addition has also spinned for some of SA's top productions and club giants such as " Hello Techno, Killer Robot, Bounce productions, Residence Productions, Inrichment Productions, Bang Bang club, Trinity, News cafe, Dragon Room, Eastwoods, Fiction, Vegas Lounge, Sunday Satisfaction, China White, Side Show, Synergy music festival 2010, Boomerang NYE festival, Buena Vista Fifa Events, Sky bar, Butterfly Studio's, Joburg production Ultrafest and the Rhino Room.” Not to forget a JHB tour he did where he played alongside Lyle Masters, Essential Groove and Small Paul at the Monster club Barcode!!
